Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 21, 2026. This policy covers zonezeroagourahills.com, operated as part of the Zone Zero California network.
What we collect
When you submit the assessment request form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, property address, the type of work you are interested in, and any message you include. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type) through our hosting provider and spam-protection service.
How we use it
- To perform the free property assessment you requested, including checking your parcel against public fire hazard maps.
- To connect you with a CSLB-licensed contractor, which is the purpose of the form.
- To contact you about your request by phone, email, or text, with your consent.
- To measure advertising performance, in aggregate, using tools such as Meta's conversion measurement.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone other than the contractor(s) handling your request and the service providers that operate this site (form processing, spam protection, analytics).
Disclosure of operator relationship
The operator of the Zone Zero California network also owns a licensed fence contracting business. Your request may be referred to that business or to other CSLB-licensed contractors. Assessments and referrals are free, and you are never obligated to hire any referred contractor.
Cookies and third-party services
This site uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect the form from abuse (subject to Google's privacy policy and terms) and may use the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights
California residents may request access to, or deletion of, the personal information we hold about them under the CCPA. Call (213) 279-1931 to make a request, and we will respond within the statutory window.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
